Dr. Jerome Oleksa received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from New York University in 1982. In addition to practicing dentistry since then, he has taken hundreds of hours of continuing dental education from The Center For Professional Development, The Institute For Advanced Dental Studies, The Center For Advanced Dental Study and The L.D. Pankey Graduate Dental School, among others. Dr. Oleksa and his wife, Lynn, reside in Seneca Falls with their four children, Luke, Matthew, Sarah, and Shea. He is active in athletics and coaching. Dr. Oleksa is dedicated to continuing education as well as technological advancements that enhance patient care.

As our office manager, Darcie Loomis has had two years experience as Dr. Oleksa’s dental assistant. The knowledge gained in dental assisting is invaluable in answering many of your questions and concerns about dentistry. As office manager she schedules appointments, files your insurance claims, takes care of all financial matters, and is there to assist in any way. Darcie and her husband, Alan, reside in Moravia with their sons, Hunter & Parker.

The hygienists employed in our office are licensed by the New York State Department of Education. They each participate in a number of education seminars every year. Each of our hygienists is dedicated to increasing their knowledge and professional skills, which result in a high level of care not routinely delivered by dental hygienists.

Shannon Cleere graduated from Onondaga Community College in 1999 with an associates degree in Dental Hygiene. She is very valuable to our practice and enjoys working with our patients. Shannon resides in Waterloo, NY with her husband Jim.

Anita graduated in 2006 from Monroe Community College with an AAS Dental Hygiene and Dental Hygiene Anesthesia.

Anita and her husband of 27 years have a daughter Nicole and reside in Waterloo, NY.

The Dental Assistants are an integral part of our team. Their clinical and lab skills help to deliver the highest quality of technical care that is possible. More importantly, their personal touch will make your visit a pleasant one by answering any questions you have and assuring that you are comfortable.

Marisa Boylan was certified by Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES and was employed by Dr. Oleksa in May 2002. Marisa has always enjoyed working with people and strives to make your visits as comfortable as possible. Marisa, her husband Jesse, son Tyler, daughter Leah and stepson Ian reside in Clifton Springs.

Libby Hockey has worked 6-years in the Dental Assistants field. She started as a dental assistant floater which is a great training job. Three months later she started working chair-side. She then became DANB certified and continues to strive with CDE by going over the limit with her credit hours. Married to her husband, Jeff, for 23 years and has 2 grown college-age children. Libby loves to sell baked goods in her spare time.
